Simon Winther Bjerregaard

Simon advises on all types of transactions and projects across various real estate segments, including office, living, logistics and retail, and has a particular track record within the living segment. His transactional experience covers a wide range of structures, including M&A real estate, asset deals, joint ventures and sale-and-leaseback structures. Simon advises Danish and international clients such as pension funds, private equity funds and real estate companies. Simon also advises on development projects as well as commercial and residential lease law matters.

Simon holds a Master's degree in law and a Bachelor's degree in law, both from the University of Copenhagen. Simon has also attended Summer School at Harvard University. Simon is admitted to the Danish Bar.

The Real Estate team is grouped together with our Construction team, Energy and Infrastructure team, Public Law team, Environmental Law and Planning Law team, ESG team, and Social Housing team, which enables us to jointly provide highly specialised and full circle advice on all matters within the built environment.
