GF Forsikring joins forces with AP Pension on the building of a new headquarters

Plesner advised GF Forsikring in connection with the signing of an agreement with AP Pension on the building of GF Forsikring's new headquarters in Odense.
In short, it means that AP Pension is responsible for developing and building GF Forsikring's new headquarters in Cortex Park in Odense which GF Forsikring will be renting as a "turnkey project". Plesner assisted GF Forsikring during the entire process, including in connection with drafting and negotiation of the set of agreements with AP Pension.
GF Forsikring's new headquarters are expected to be built with sustainable construction in mind, and GF Huset (or "GF House"), as it is called, is expected to achieve the DGNB gold certification. GF Forsikring's new headquarters are expected to be ready for occupation in the second half of 2026.
