A fund managed by Catella Investment Management has completed the divestment of the car park property located at Nyropsgade 6 in central Copenhagen. The property comprises a total floor area of 10,521 sqm and is currently used primarily for parking purposes.
The property has been identified as a potential residential conversion, and the transaction reflects the continued interest for residential properties in the Danish real estate market including through redevelopment and conversion.
