Alma Property Partners and Three Lakes Capital acquire 180 residential units in Holbæk

Alma Property Partners and Three Lakes Capital have completed the acquisition of Røllike Hus and Primula Hus, two residential properties located in the Holbæk Have development. The properties comprise 180 apartments across approximately 12,700 sqm. and are situated close to Holbæk town center, the waterfront and the railway station.

The transaction marks the first acquisition completed jointly by Alma Property Partners and Three Lakes Capital in the Danish real estate market. 

The investment reflects the parties' shared conviction in well-located residential assets within the greater Copenhagen commuter region, supported by favorable local market fundamentals and long-term demand drivers.
