Plesner advises NPV on sale of micro-living project in Copenhagen

NPV has sold the second phase of its micro-living development in Copenhagen to an institutional investor managed by Thylander. Plesner acted as legal advisor to NPV in connection with the transaction.
The transaction comprises a development project at Borgmester Christiansens Gade 53F consisting of 105 micro-living and hotel apartments with a total area of approximately 3,340 sqm. Construction is expected to commence in 2026, with completion expected in 2028.
The sale marks the second phase of NPV's development in the area. NPV previously developed the adjacent first phase, comprising 333 micro-living apartments and 17 hotel apartments, which was sold in 2022.
Plesner advised NPV on all legal aspects of the transaction.
