BRFejendomme A/S completes its first acquisition in Copenhagen

The acquisition of Nørregade 7, Copenhagen marks a strong entry to the real estate market for newly established BRFejendomme A/S.

Nørregade 7, Copenhagen is a true landmark property comprising approximately 13,000 square metres and is the first investment for BRFejendomme A/S. The acquisition is a stepstone in the company's strategy to establish a quality real estate portfolio with focus on prime office assets in Copenhagen characterised by strong heritage, architectural significance and development potential.

Nørregade 7, Copenhagen was originally constructed in 1907 and was designed by architects Valdemar and Bernhard Ingemann.

The transaction was completed in close collaboration with Fokus Nordic.
