Maja Kofod Petersen

Maja primarily advises Danish and international clients on corporate matters related to company law, foundation law, and commercial law. Maja has experience providing legal assistance within a wide range of areas relating to corporate law, spanning from e.g., national and cross-border restructurings, mergers and divisions, transactions, company management, to corporate governance and formation and dissolution of companies.

Maja holds a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Maja has studied one summer at London School of Economics and Political Science.
