Adelis partners with Inforevision and Roesgaard to establish Cedra Denmark
Adelis Equity Partners, a Nordic private equity firm focused on mid-market companies, has partnered with the two Danish audit firms Inforevision and Roesgaard to establish Cedra Denmark. The new entity, founded by Roesgaard and Inforevision with Adelis as growth partner, will be an independent company led by Danish partners while collaborating with Cedra Sweden and Cedra Norway.
Cedra Denmark aims to strengthen its position in the Danish mid-market through organic growth, acquisitions, and investments in technology and organization. With around 300 employees and combined revenues of DKK 330 million, the group seeks to become the most attractive workplace in the industry, delivering high-quality audit and advisory services.
This is Adelis' third platform investment in the Nordic audit and advisory sector, following Cedra Sweden and Cedra Norway. The transaction is subject to approval from competition authorities.
