Bonial acquires Tjek.dk

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Tjek operates digital shopping platforms across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, reaching approximately 2.5 million monthly users.

The acquisition marks an important milestone in Bonial's European expansion, extending its presence from two to six European markets and further strengthening its position as a leading provider of digital retail marketing solutions.

Tjek's management team will remain in place and continue as co-owners of the business.
