Mikkel Rostock-Jensen

In recent years, Mikkel's capital markets experience has focused on IPOs and secondary capital issues (rights issues, accelerated book-buildings and private investment in public equity). Mikkel has also been involved in and has experience with public M&A transactions (takeover bids/takeovers) and general capital markets advice. 

Mikkel's M&A transaction experience includes all types of transactions (acquisitions, sales, investments (including venture investments), joint ventures, partnership/licensing, restructurings, etc.) often on behalf of listed and large cap companies and in connection with complex processes. 

Mikkel has extensive experience with the biotech sector. 

Mikkel has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen. 

Almost all the matters in which Mikkel is involved require a multi-disciplinary team approach and project leadership. He and the team are continuously sought by clients for their ability to provide a clear set of priorities, clear communication, and a deep commercial understanding of clients' needs.
