Ford Motor Company Limited has signed an agreement with Nic. Christiansen Group divesting Ford Motor Company A/S and thereby transferring import of the renowned American brand into the Danish market to Nic. Christiansen Group. With this transaction, Ford aims to leverage Nic. Christiansen Group's extensive experience in distribution and service networks to support Ford’s long-term growth in Denmark. Ford Motor Company Limited has signed an agreement with Nic. Christiansen Group divesting Ford Motor Company A/S and thereby transferring the import and distribution rights of Ford vehicles in Denmark to the Danish company starting in 2025, pending regulatory approvals.

Nic. Christiansen Group, headquartered in Kolding, Denmark, is a prominent player in the automotive industry. By partnering with Nic. Christiansen Group, Ford aims to leverage the company’s extensive experience in distribution and service networks to support Ford’s long-term growth in Denmark.
