Dansk Ejerkapital, three professional investors and management to acquire Creativ Company

Creativ Company is one of Northern Europe's leading companies within creative materials and toys with a broad customer segment ranging from schools and institutions, private individuals and businesses. Creativ Company has also developed the successful "Creativity in a Box" concept.
Creativ Company was established in 2000. Today, Creativ Company has approx. 300 employees of which 230 works at the Danish headquarter in Holstebro. Creativ Company has subsidiaries and sales companies in many European countries.
Creativ Company has now partnered with Dansk Ejerkapital and the ambition is to strengthen the company's market position in Europe and make Creativ Company Northern Europe's leading company within creative materials and toys.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the beginning of 2025.
Plesner's core M&A team on the transaction consisted of Thomas Holst Laursen, Tina Kang, Christian Ånerud, Cecilie Møller Gyrsting and Andreas Winther Madsen.
