Tina Kang

Tina advises clients on Danish and international M&A transactions, including corporate law matters, and has advised a broad range of private equity funds (both national and international), corporate enterprises, family offices, and founder owners.

Tina has extensive experience providing legal advice in connection with all aspects of M&A transactions. She also has extensive experience with complex cross-border transactions and primarily focuses her work on M&A transactions with cross-border and international elements.

All M&A transactions require a multi-disciplinary team approach and project leadership. Clients frequently seek out Tina and her team because of their capacity to offer commercially valuable advice with distinct priorities, clear communication and recommendations, and focus on the client's commercial needs.

Tina has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Aarhus.
