Axcel-backed Tic elkas/Eegholm/Elcor group acquires Elektro Aros Elautomation
Elektro Aros Elautomation (EA) is a Swedish manufacturer of electrical and automation cabinets. The acquisition marks tic elkas/Eegholm/Elcor group's entry into the Swedish market and contributes to building a robust Nordic platform for the production of electrical panels and automation, supported by the Nordic private equity firm Axcel.
Following the transaction, EA’s existing management and operations will continue as before, ensuring continuity while benefiting from collaboration across the group.
The integration of EA into the tic elkas/Eegholm/Elcor group is driven by shared values and a common vision for developing their respective businesses to meet future challenges and opportunities.
