Axcel-backed Tic elkas/Eegholm/Elcor group has acquired the Swedish manufacturer of electrical and automation cabinets, Elektro Aros Elautomation (EA). Plesner acted as lead legal counsel for the buyer.

Elektro Aros Elautomation (EA) is a Swedish manufacturer of electrical and automation cabinets. The acquisition marks tic elkas/Eegholm/Elcor group's entry into the Swedish market and contributes to building a robust Nordic platform for the production of electrical panels and automation, supported by the Nordic private equity firm Axcel.

Following the transaction, EA’s existing management and operations will continue as before, ensuring continuity while benefiting from collaboration across the group.

The integration of EA into the tic elkas/Eegholm/Elcor group is driven by shared values and a common vision for developing their respective businesses to meet future challenges and opportunities. With Axcel's support and the combined strength of the group, there is confidence in leading EA into a new phase of growth and brings it closer to becoming a Nordic and Northern European market leader.
