Edenred to acquire Spirii

It brings Spirii’s market-leading platform technology, global customer portfolio, and EV charging turn-key solutions together with Edenred’s established world-wide market presence and client base – consisting of more than one million business customers, two million merchants, and 60 million end-users.
Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
