Thomas Pitzner-Jørgensen

Thomas is a partner in Plesner's Corporate Finance team, where he focuses on private M&A and venture capital. He has been involved in a wide range of private M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, representing buyers and sellers, founders, and sponsors alike. 

Thomas advises in relation to structured sale processes and international cross-border transactions and has, in recent years, been involved in a number of carve-out and asset transactions. 

Thomas holds a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and is a member of the Danish Bar Association. From 2019 to 2022, Thomas was also an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law, where he taught the course "Mergers and Acquisitions.

Almost all transactions that Thomas is involved in require a multi-disciplinary team approach and project leadership.
