Svitzer Group A/S is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen

Plesner advised a syndicate of international banks in connection with the listing of Svitzer Group A/S and the establishment of a syndicated term loan and revolving credit facility to Svitzer A/S.

Plesner is proud to have assisted a syndicate of international banks consisting of Citigroup, Danske Bank, Nordea, SEB, BNP PARIBAS and HSBC in connection with the demerger and separate listing of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S' towage and marine services activities in Svitzer. Svitzer Group A/S had its first day of trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen yesterday and opened with a market cap of over DKK 6 billion.

Plesner also advised a syndicate of international banks, led by Citibank and Danske Bank, in connection with a syndicated EUR 627m Term and Revolving Credit Facility to Svitzer A/S, set to support Svitzer on their future journey as a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Svitzer is a leading, global towage and marine services provider. With more than 450 vessels, Svitzer’s services play a crucial role as part of critical port infrastructure, serving approximately 2,000 customers in more than 140 ports and 40 terminals across 37 countries.
