Digital Group acquires XDC Gruppen

The Danish company Digital Group A/S, a leader in print-as-a-service and related software solutions in Denmark, has acquired XDC Gruppen A/S. Plesner acted as legal advisor to Digital Group A/S.
XDC Gruppen has developed a successful business within printing and IT services, security and cloud solutions. This aligns with Digital Group's strategy of creating innovative solutions for its customers.
Plesner previously assisted the Danish private equity fund Capidea with the investment in Digital Group completed earlier in 2024 and has now advised both Digital Group and its shareholders in connection with this first bolt-on transaction under Capidea ownership.
Plesner's M&A team consisted of Martin Anton Svarrer, Morten Stig Ottesen and Kirstine Maria Juel Månsson.
