AP Ejendomme develops and constructs a new headquarter for Team Danmark

The new headquarters, Team Danmark Huset, will consolidate all the facilities of Team Danmark in one place, including Team Danmark's administration office.

Team Danmark Huset is expected to be approximately 4,000 sqm and will include activity rooms, testing and treatment facilities, and special rooms for recovery and relaxation for the athletes.

AP Ejendomme will be the owner of the property, which is to be let to Team Danmark on a long-term lease. 

Plesner advised AP Ejendomme during the entire process, including structuring and negotiation of the contractual basis of the agreement with Team Danmark as well as the turnkey construction agreement which is awaiting a tender process.

Rambøll is the technical consultant of AP Ejendomme, and Henning Larsen is the architect on the project.
