Anne Aagaard Madsen

Anne focuses on matters pertaining to public law and environmental law.

Anne advises and represents public authorities and Danish and international companies in cases involving complex environmental and public law matters and advises on environmental and regulatory issues in connection with due diligence processes. 

Anne previously worked with the Danish Court Administration and has comprehensive all-round knowledge of a wide range of legal issues of relevance to public authorities in Denmark, including thorough knowledge of legislative work, the Access to Public Administration Files Act, etc.
