Energy M&A, Investments & Joint Ventures

Energy and infrastructure transactions require more than traditional M&A expertise. Asset-specific regulation, project rights, grid access, subsidies, offtake arrangements and development risk can be fundamental to value and deal structure.

Energy Regulation & Market Design

Regulation is fundamental to the economics and viability of energy investments and projects.

We advise on Danish and EU energy regulation and advise clients on changing market frameworks. Our work covers electricity, gas and biomethane, oil and gas, district heating and emerging energy technologies, as well as regulatory strategy and engagement with authorities.

Grid & Energy Infrastructure

Access to electricity infrastructure has become one of the defining issues of the energy transition.

We advise developers, investors, utilities and major energy consumers on grid connection and capacity, connection agreements, network access and tariffs, capacity allocation and prioritisation, direct lines, flexibility and the regulatory framework governing transmission and distribution networks.

Project Development & Commercial Contracts
