Marcus Elskær Mollerup

Marcus advises on environmental and planning law, as well as a wide rage of public law issues, including energy regulatory matters. He represents public authorities and Danish and international businesses in complex matters, including legal proceedings, complaint processes, and compulsory acquisition matters.

Marcus holds a law degree from Aalborg University. Before re-joining Plesner in 2021, he worked as a legal consultant in Municipality of Herlev. This role provided him with thorough knowledge of the legal landscape for municipalities, and insight into the procedures and considerations involved in enforcing environmental and planning legislation.

Great teamwork with colleagues and clients is central to Marcus's approach. By applying his expertise and often working closely together his colleagues in our Energy & Infrastructure team, as well as with colleagues in Plesner's Real Estate, M&A and Dispute Resolution teams, Marcus aims to deliver comprehensive and pragmatic legal services and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
