Frederik Lenskjold Olsen

Frederik is a partner in Plesner’s Energy and Infrastructure team. He advises Danish and international developers, owners, contractors and suppliers on project development, construction and complex technical deliveries.

Frederik advises on procurement and contracting strategies, negotiates construction, EPC and supply contracts, and helps clients manage contractual risks and claims during project execution. His experience spans renewable energy, CCS, oil and gas, utilities and transport infrastructure, as well as data centres, pharmaceutical facilities and other major building and industrial projects.

His practice covers both project advice and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience with technically demanding works and projects involving multiple contractors and suppliers. He represents clients in negotiations, litigation and arbitration concerning delays, defects, additional payment and other project disputes.

Frederik combines experience from contract negotiations, project execution and dispute resolution. He focuses on understanding the commercial and technical context of each project and translating complex issues into clear advice, practical priorities and solutions that support the client’s objectives.
