From handling cases within specialist areas such as securities litigation, banking and finance law, construction law, insurance law, IP law, competition law, environmental law, product liability, auditor liability, tax law, as well as technology and outsourcing – to managing lawsuits within the more traditional contract and agreement law in every form. 

Our success – and thus the foundation of our business – is rooted in a philosophy that it requires highly specialised litigators, a well-developed procedural strategy, and a special level of engagement and dedication to litigate and win cases for our clients. Our overarching goal is simply to win the case or achieve a favorable settlement, and we accomplish this in the vast majority of our cases.

Our entire setup in the litigation department is designed with this end goal in mind. Therefore, we also collaborate extensively with the individual specialised departments to give the case and narrative the utmost focus. Ultimately, it's about telling a story grounded in facts that brings understanding and clarity to the legal, technical, and economic details of the case. 

We have extensive experience litigating cases in all judicial instances in Denmark, within all areas of expertise, and with detailed knowledge of all procedural rules governing the conduct of these cases. Cases are handled in Denmark under Danish rules, but often have an international aspect and are managed and coordinated with foreign law firms.
