Casper Rejnholdt

Casper is specialised in litigation and arbitration, including international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. He advises clients in a broad range of complex disputes, including those relating to the law of property and obligations, contract law, tort, product liability, post-M&A matters, and intermediary liability.

Casper has been involved in some of the largest and most high-profile litigation and arbitration proceedings in Denmark. 

Casper serves as coach for the University of Copenhagen's team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
