Rebecca advises on complex matters involving public law, EU law and regulated sectors and has extensive experience in public law disputes and litigation. She has particular expertise in State aid and EU sector regulation and has advised on regulatory matters across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, transport, agriculture, environment and insurance.

Rebecca joins Plesner from Poul Schmith, where she was a partner in the EU Law and Market Regulation team. In recent years, her practice has been divided between complex advisory matters and public law disputes and litigation. 

At Plesner, Rebecca will be part of our Tax team, where she will bring her extensive public law and litigation experience to complex disputes and litigation involving public authorities. Her expertise in public law, EU law, State aid and sector regulation will also strengthen our capabilities across the firm.

Rebecca's experience and broad regulatory profile will make her a strong addition to both the team and the firm.
