Peter Bang
He has appeared regularly in complex cases involving a wide range of commercial law for more than 20 years since his admission to the Danish Supreme Court.
In his practice, Peter is particularly focused on professional services disputes, D&O liability, and insolvency-related litigation.
Apart from acting as counsel in arbitration cases, Peter is also a certified arbitrator, and he frequently acts as such.
Peter has lectured on the law of evidence at the University of Copenhagen's Master of Laws program and has authored a variety of articles and books on dispute resolution topics.
He has management experience from acting as a board member of Danish limited liability companies and from a range of leadership positions with the Royal Danish Air Force reserves, where he holds the rank of colonel.
