
Kasper Frahm
Kasper is a partner in Plesner's IP team and the head of Plesner's trademark practice. Plesner's IP team assists Danish and international companies with large and complex litigations and provides advice on the full spectrum of IP law.
Admitted to the Supreme Court, Kasper engages in general litigation and in particular litigation concerning all aspects of IP. Kasper has acted in court cases on behalf of some of the largest Danish and multinational corporations in recent years. He is also responsible for Plesner's trademark and design portfolio work for its clients.
Kasper has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and an LL.M. from King's College London. He has published a variety of articles and is the author of the book "Product Imitation Case Law." In addition, Kasper is a member of the European Trademark Law and Practice Team at MARQUES.
The majority of matters that Kasper is involved in require the involvement of a large team. Clients seek the team for its commercial understanding and its ability to provide clear advice on complex issues.
