Søren Vagner Nielsen
With a solid background in industrial injury cases, Søren represents insurance companies in matters under the Danish Act on Liability to Pay Damages and the Danish Workers' Compensation Act. His expertise extends to personal injury and property damage claims arising from traffic accidents, professional liability of advisors, particularly in construction law, and insurance disputes, including product liability and consequential loss insurance.
Søren's litigation prowess is complemented by his proficiency in handling complex cases involving accident insurance and labour market insurance schemes. Additionally, he advises on construction law, dealing with advisor liability, construction technology, and related disputes. His ability to navigate cases involving German-language documents further enhances his capability to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Søren holds a master’s degree in law from Aarhus University and a certificate in business languages (German) from Aalborg University. Admitted to the Danish Supreme Court in 2003, he has also completed the Mediator Training Course approved by the Association of Danish Law Firms. Beyond his legal practice, Søren has lectured on litigation and debt collection, and he currently serves as an external examiner for the litigation exam, a crucial part of Danish legal education.
