
Peter Schradieck
His practice is solely focused on preparing and handling some of largest litigation and arbitration proceedings in Denmark, and with experience from more than 150 main hearings, including before the Danish Supreme Court and arbitration tribunals constituted under institutions such as DIA, SCC and ICC, he is one of the most experienced and sought-after litigators in Denmark.
Peter is also, together with only a handful of other lawyers in Denmark, top-ranked by both Chambers Europe, Chambers Global and Legal 500.
He has worked for a broad range of both Danish and international blue-chip companies and specialises in managerial liability, securities litigation, post M&A disputes and contract law in general, particularly with international aspects. He has also focus on construction disputes and he has involved in major arbitrations concerning the construction of the Metro, among others.
Peter is a certified arbitrator and is regularly appointed as co-arbitrator and lead arbitrator.
In addition to his practice as an attorney-at-law, Peter has obtained a Master's degree in strategy, finance and corporate governance from Copenhagen Business School.
