Sarah Schæffer
Sarah is a partner in our Litigation team, focusing on civil liability disputes, corporate criminal law matters, and investigations.
She represents boards, companies, and individuals in corporate criminal defence and regulatory enforcement matters, and she conducts internal investigations in various areas of law, including bribery, money laundering, financial fraud, and workplace misconduct.
Sarah also represents clients in civil actions for damages relating to organisational and management liability, as well as professional liability.
Sarah has valuable experience handling large, high-profile cases and is known to her clients for her ability to provide clear communication, crisis management, and strategic advice throughout a complex and long-term process. Almost all of Sarah's issues necessitate a dedicated and disciplined team approach and project leadership.
Sarah holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and Queen Mary University of London (International Disputes Resolution and Economic Law).
Sarah is a board member of the Danish Bar Association and Young Arbitrators Copenhagen.
