Marie-Louise is a manager in our Litigation and Insurance and Pension Law team, specialising in insurance, tort and contract law.
She advises clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings across a wide range of commercial and contractual matters, with particular experience in insurance and tort disputes, including liability cases and regulatory litigation.
Marie-Louise also advises on insurance matters relating to loss of earning capacity, both before the Danish courts and the Danish Insurance Complaints Board.
Marie-Louise's practice covers both national and international disputes, and she is experienced in project management and the handling of large case portfolios.
