Plesner advises Danish Bio Commodities and DBC Invest A/S on the sale to St1 Biokraft.
Plesner has advised the seller group throughout the sale process.
DBC is a Danish biogas platform with production assets, greenfield projects and integrated commercial capabilities spanning biomass sourcing, certificate trading and technical services. The transaction will enable DBC to accelerate the development of its Danish operations, including the expansion of existing biogas plants and the realisation of its greenfield pipeline. Together, the parties are positioned to become a leading methane company in the Nordic region.
Plesner advised the seller group across all aspects of the process, including transaction structuring, multi-stakeholder coordination, preparation of the vendor due diligence report and negotiation of transaction documents.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
