General Atomics Aeronautical Systems sells eight MQ-9B Unmanned Aircraft Systems to Germany via the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA)
GA-ASI is the world's foremost developer and manufacturer of Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
NSPA, based in Luxembourg, is a NATO agency that provides acquisition and logistics support to NATO, member countries, allies, partner countries, and other international organizations.
Plesner has, in close collaboration with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, assisted GA-ASI with the negotiations and conclusion of the sale of the eight MQ-9B Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related services to Germany via NSPA.
In the summer of 2025 and also with assistance from Plesner, GA-ASI sold four MQ-9B Unmanned Aircraft Systems under the same framework agreement with NSPA to Denmark.
Plesner is proud to have assisted GA-ASI again and this time with the sale of eight MQ-9B Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related services to Germany.
