Plesner advises on the sale of 40 wind turbines in Germany to European Energy

Plesner acted as legal counsel in the sale of 40 wind turbines, located across five wind farms in Germany. The wind turbines were sold to European Energy.

The transaction involved 54 individual sellers, with 40 wind turbines spread across different regions and wind farms in Germany. The sale involved the sale of wind turbines in five different wind farms.

Plesner played a key role in structuring and coordinating the sale across multiple sellers and wind farms with varying ownership structures., ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

The transaction followed an earlier repowering agreement between the sellers and European Energy, aimed at increasing the wind farms’ capacity and production.

Plesner's expertise was key in aligning the interests of all parties, facilitating a complex and cross-border sale.
