Esben Kjær

Esben has extensive experience in M&A and investment transactions, including negotiating and establishing joint ventures. He has been involved in significant projects, advising on everything from acquisitions and mergers to development contracts and regulatory matters. His client portfolio includes some of the largest companies in the transport and energy sectors, where he has provided strategic legal counsel on major infrastructure projects. Esben holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has also completed a training period at Haight Gardner, Poor & Havens in New York. He worked at Lett Vilstrup & Partnere, where he became a partner in 2001, before he joined Plesner as a partner in 2005. Moreover, has Esben published several articles on energy and infrastructure.
