Elif is an attorney-at-law in our Real Estate team.
Elif advises Danish and international clients on M&A transactions involving real estate, property development and business lease law. In addition, she advises Danish and international clients within the construction sector, including contract negotiation, handling of disputes during construction and arbitration.
Previously, Elif has worked in the legal departments of large companies. Consequently, she has extensive knowledge and understanding of clients' commercial needs. Further, she brings several years of B2C negotiation experience from the sales industry.
Elif holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen and has studied abroad at Yeditepe University in Istanbul.
