Innovater sells 189 residential units in Vinge

Innovater has sold 189 residential units in Vinge. Plesner advised Innovater in connection with the sales process.
The residences are a mix of small lifestyle apartments and regular- sized family apartments comprising a total of. 12,500 sqm, located in the new city Vinge just west of Copenhagen.
Plesner advised Innovater during the entire process, including with structuring and negotiation of the contractual basis of the agreements with the buyer.
