Invesco acquires two residential properties in Ballerup

The two properties are situated in the "Baltorpplænen" district in Ballerup and comprise a total of 186 residential units. Spanning a GLA of approximately 14,900 sqm, the properties were acquired from the Danish development company FB Gruppen.

The acquisition is made in cooperation with the Danish real estate investment and management company RUBIK Properties, and Plesner provided comprehensive legal support throughout the acquisition process.

Plesner's core team on the transaction included Mads Berg, Kristoffer Westberg, Jacob Nygaard, Nils Svendsen and Rasmus Hedeager.
