Kristoffer Westberg
Kristoffer is a partner in our Real Estate team. He advises Danish and international property investors, pension funds, and property developers on property transactions, M&A real estate transactions, and property development projects. Kristoffer's experience extends to both individual properties, property portfolios, and property companies, including forward purchase, forward funding, and cross-border transactions.
He has extensive experience with all aspects of complex property transactions from beginning to end, including structuring, due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and closings.
Kristoffer has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and Monash University, Melbourne. He is admitted to the High Court of Denmark.
Kristoffer also has in-depth practical experience in the property business, having previously been the legal director of a Danish property development company focusing on the completion of development projects, primarily with respect to residential housing and retail.
We group the Real Estate team with our Construction team, Energy and Infrastructure team, Public Law team, Environmental Law and Planning Law team, ESG team, and Social Housing team, enabling us to jointly provide highly specialized and holistic advice with respect to all subject matters within the built environment.
