Catella Real Estate AG sells iconic office building in Copenhagen

Plesner advised Catella Real Estate AG in connection with the divestment of a 6,000 sqm building to the NASDAQ Copenhagen-listed real estate company Jeudan A/S.
The transaction includes the listed property located Rosenborggade 15-17 in Copenhagen central business district. The building is primarily used for office, yet also comprises the Brdr. Price restaurant (F&B).
The building was built between 1915 and 1917 and was designed by Danish architect Henning Hansen. The property was listed in 2007 due to its historical and architectural value.
