CBRE Investment Management enters into a milestone commercial lease agreement with SATAIR

CBRE Investment Management has, on behalf of a fund sponsored by CBRE IM, let out approx. 20,400 sqms. of warehousing facilities in Greve Distribution Center to SATAIR A/S, an Airbus Services company.
The lease agreement with SATAIR A/S concerns two adjoining warehousing units at Greve Distribution Center comprising an area of approx. 20,400 sqm., making SATAIR A/S the largest tenant at Greve Distribution Center. The lease agreement marks a significant milestone for the facility and reinforces its position as a premier logistics hub in the Greater Copenhagen Area.
