Plesner advises Catella and Nordkranen on 205-unit sustainable housing project

Catella and Nordkranen are commencing the construction of 205 affordable and sustainable residential units in Glostrup, Greater Copenhagen.
The project comprises 193 apartments and 12 townhouses and is developed with high ESG standards, focusing on low-emission materials, energy-efficient systems and smart technological solutions. The development is carried out in close cooperation with the existing landowner, Glostrup Municipality and external advisors.
Plesner acted as legal advisor to Catella and Nordkranen in connection with the joint venture and development of the project.
