Nuveen Real Estate sells 390 microliving units in central Copenhagen

Nuveen has sold a property in central Copenhagen comprising approx. 390 residential microliving units to NREP. Plesner has provided legal support to Nuveen Real Estate throughout the entire process.
In excess of the residential units, the property also comprises study- and fitness areas as well as commercial spaces.
The transaction was completed in cooperation with CBRE, and Plesner has provided legal support to Nuveen Real Estate since the acquisition of the project in 2021, throughout the development phase up until completion in 2023, and now finally also on the sale of the property.
