GN Store Nord enters into agreement on sale and leaseback

GN Store Nord has sold its head office in Ballerup to Danske Leasing for DKK 500m as part of a sale and leaseback transaction. The agreement includes options for GN Store Nord to buy back the property after a specified number of years.
The transaction has been signed and concluded and accordingly GN Store Nord will get the mentioned proceeds.
Plesner advised GN Store Nord during the entire process, including by advising on the transfer agreement and the property leasing agreement.
