Koncenton sells 68 high-quality residential units in central Copenhagen

Koncenton has sold the prominent property Kampmannsgaard, centrally located in Copenhagen and comprising 68 high-quality residential units. Plesner acted as legal advisor to Koncenton throughout the entire transaction.
In addition to the residential units, the property also comprises a supermarket on the ground floor.
The transaction was completed in close collaboration with Colliers. Kristian Axel Stokholm and Benjamin Karstoft acted on behalf of Koncenton.
