NPV divests development project in Greater Copenhagen to Urban Partners and AG Gruppen

The transaction includes the transfer of a residential development project which is expected to comprise a residential area of approximately 33,000 sqm. in Greater Copenhagen. 

Fuglekvarteret in Hvidovre has previously been a light industrial area, and NPV has within recent years taken the initial steps towards the development of a newly established residential area. This has led to a newly adopted local plan for the area.
