Case News
Plesner advised CBRE Investment Management on the acquisition of the approx. 55,000 sqm logistics and distribution centre which together with the remaining part of Greve Distribution Center near Copenhagen, owned by CBRE Investment Management, comprises more than 100,000 sqm.

Plesner has been advising CBRE Investment Management for several years on all CBRE Investment Management's acquisitions of logistics and storage facilities in Greve Distribution Center. Following the acquisition of the remaining logistics units in Greve Distribution Center, CBRE Investment Management owns the entire well-situated logistics area in Greve.

The logistics and storage facilities will be developed with a focus on modern and flexible solutions for current and future tenants. Modern office and administration facilities will be developed in connection with the storage facilities.

The acquisition is primarily made as part of a forward funding model where MG Projekter ApS (MG Real Estate) assists with the continuous construction of the remaining storage and logistics facilities in the area in various phases. Letting of the future units has started, while the units in the area which were previously acquired by CBRE Investment Management are fully let.

Plesner advised CBRE Investment Management in connection with all legal aspects relating to the acquisition of the units in Greve Distribution Center, including the development of the remaining part of the area of the logistics area.

Plesner's team consisted of Mads Berg, Frederik Lenskjold Olsen, Nils Svendsen, Line Vester Jensen, Emilie Lauenborg Breitenstein and Sarah Lindegaard Olafsson.
