Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties enter into joint venture

The Swedish-based real estate investment company Alma Property Partners has - through its Swedish subsidiary Alma III Group Holding AB - entered into a joint venture with RUBIK Properties to acquire industrial and warehouse properties. Plesner advised Alma Property Partners on the formation of the joint venture, including the conclusion of a shareholders' agreement and an asset management agreement with RUBIK Properties, and advised the joint venture on the acquisition of the first two properties for the portfolio.

Alma Property Partners is a leading real estate investment company in the Nordic region. 

As part of Alma Property Partner's increased activities on the Danish property market, Alma Property Partners has entered into a joint venture with RUBIK Properties. RUBIK Properties is to source and develop - through a joint venture company - a large property portfolio consisting of industrial and warehouse properties in and around Greater Copenhagen. 

The parties have already at the present time acquired two properties for the portfolio, and the parties expect to expand the portfolio significantly in 2023. 

Plesner's team advising Alma Property Partners on the Shareholders' Agreement and the Asset Management Agreement and the joint venture on the acquisition of the first properties for the portfolio consisted of Mads Berg, Kasper Haarløv Pedersen, Simon Winther Bjerregaard, Emilie Lauenborg Breitenstein, Nils Svendsen, Christian Gjørtsvang and Sarah Lindegaard Olafsson.
