IIP Denmark raises three new funds with initial commitments of close to DKK 20 billion
The closings of IIP Private Funds VI, IIP Europe I and IIP Venture III represent a significant milestone in IIP Denmark's continued expansion of its private capital platform and marks another important step in IIP Denmark's strategy to broaden its investor base. The launch of the latest flagship platform underscores IIP Denmark's increased commercial focus and ambition to attract a broader base of investors, while continuing to build on the long-standing relationship with anchor investors PKA and Lars Larsen Group.
IIP Private Funds VI continues IIP Denmark's established flagship investment strategy, targeting top-quartile buyout managers with strong historical performance primarily in the lower mid-market across Europe and the United States, supported by long-standing relationships developed by IIP Denmark over many years. Alongside IIP Private Funds VI, the newly launched IIP Europe I broadens IIP Denmark's platform by focusing on European small-cap funds, while IIP Venture III continues IIP Denmark's successful strategy of partnering with experienced venture managers investing within tech and life science.
Based in Copenhagen, IIP Denmark manages approximately DKK 100 billion on behalf of PKA's members, Lars Larsen Group, and a growing base of external investors across global private equity and venture capital fund investments and co-investments.
